No. The Aspire Dental Wellness Plan is not insurance. It’s a direct savings plan offered by our practice—no claim forms, no yearly maximums, and no waiting for benefits to apply.
No. Unlike traditional dental insurance, Aspire has no deductibles or annual maximums. Preventive care is included, and other services are discounted.
Your benefits begin immediately. Once you join, you can schedule and start using your included services and discounts right away.
Yes. You may cancel at any time by contacting our office. If you cancel within the first six months, you’ll be responsible for our usual fees for any treatment received during that time. After six months, you can cancel without penalty. Benefits can’t be combined with insurance, patient financing, or other in-office discounts.
No. Aspire is designed as an alternative to dental insurance and can’t be combined with insurance, patient financing, or other in-office discounts.
This membership plan is not dental insurance. The plan covers general dental treatment at Prestonwood Family Dentistry. You may cancel at any time. You will receive a full refund if cancelled within the first six months, and you will be billed at usual rates for any treatment received during that time period. Plan benefits cannot be combined with any other in-office discounts, patient financing, or dental insurance.
